Cheksite provides AI-powered website auditing tools that analyze quality assurance, SEO, and AdSense optimization. Our service crawls publicly accessible web pages you submit and generates reports based on automated analysis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cheksite to: scan websites you do not own or have authorization to audit, attempt to overwhelm or abuse our crawling infrastructure, reverse-engineer our AI analysis algorithms, or resell access to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cheksite provides audit reports on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings, AdSense revenue, or website performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
